Speed Dating is rapidly gaining in popularity not just here in Brisbane, but all over Australia. Whether its on TV, radio or even through a friend or family member, its seems everyone has heard about Speed Dating. So just why is Speed Dating so popular?

With Speed Dating you get to meet 10-15 similarly aged singles in the space of a couple of hours. People who attend our Brisbane Speed Dating Events are good, honest, sincere people who generally want to meet someone. They value their spare time and can realise all the benefits Speed Dating has to offer over other forms of dating. Accountants, teachers, IT workers and nurses are some of the more popular occupations of the attendees we have coming to our events.

So just what is involved in a Brisbane Speed Dating Event?
We take an even amount of guys and girls. While we guarantee a minimum of 10 of each, 90% of the time we have around the 15 mark. Guys and girls are paired together at individual tables. You will now have exactly 7 minutes to get to talk to one another. After 7 minutes a bell will ring and your first date is officially OVER. You mark your scorecard with either a ‘Yes’ or a ‘No’ as to whether you want to see that person again before all the guys then move on to the next table before starting another round of "Speed Dating" with a different girl. We generally run 2 breaks throughout the night: the first being for nibbles while the second is for your designated complimentary drink.

After the night has finished you then hand your scorecard back to the hosts. A "Match" occurs when the same person you have ticked "yes" to has also ticked "yes" back to you. From here you will receive an email containing all the contact details of your "Matches". The rest is up to you.....
